Tai Chi, a type of moving meditation practiced by people of all ages. Early in the morning people in China will wake to perform Tai Chi as the sun rises, allowing them to start there day with calm peace of mind. Tai Chi has many health benefits, to include: strength , breathing control, and stress management. 

This art while soft and  beautiful also has it's own self defense applications making it just as formidable as Kung Fu

At Private Kung Fu you can learn all of these things 100% personally tailored to your individual needs. I currently teach students in Clovis and Portales New Mexico, as well as those located on Cannon AFB.
